Read below for our Hoff Jewelry Store Policies:

All merchandise is guaranteed to be what the description states it to be, free of manufacturer’s defect. It will be left to the discretion of Hoff Jewelers, Inc. to determine the limits of our liability for repairs or replacements.

Exchanges & Returns:
Hoff Jewelers, Inc. exists to satisfy our customer. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within seven (7) days from the original date, by the original client, when accompanied with the sales slip. Store credit is permitted within thirty (30) days of purchase. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklet intact. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Articles may be placed on layaway for a maximum of ninety (90) days with a minimum deposit of 25%.
Refunds on merchandise in layaway will be given within thirty (30) days of deposit date.
After thirty (30) days, no refund will be given. However, a store credit can be issued for all money paid on a current layaway.

We are not responsible for any false stamping on metal goods which may be mismarked. In regards to watch repair, rust and/or abuse will void any warranty. We will not be responsible for any article left for more than 60 days.

Cleaning & Inspection:
We recommend you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected at least every four (4) months. We will be happy to do this for you free of charge.

Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure:
Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. Some or all of the colored gemstones listed on your sales slip may have been subject to a colored gemstone enhancement process.

Returned Checks:
A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
